To state that electric guitars are extremely popular, is the understatement of the century. We all have our own guitar heroes. The electric guitar is the quintessential musical instrument. The electric guitar is in a prestigious league of it's own. Nobody can deny the power of an excellent guitarist playing a Gibson Les Paul or Fender Stratocaster. Many people would give everything to be able to play like Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day), Ritchie Sambora ( Bon Jovi), Kirk Hammett ( Metallica), or even the dude strutting around on stage dressed in school uniform, Angus Young (AC/DC).
